Life.....

It's raining outside, H and G are asleep in the bed, E. asleep in Jessica's lap and we are watching "Return to Snowy River". Jessica loves this movie and the one it is a sequel to. Chad watched NCAA basketball tournament most of the day. We are in De Queen this weekend and we picked up wonderful beef and chicken tamales from a little Mexican taco stand downtown today. It is authentic and very good.

It's rained all day.

Spring is here and we have lots to do in our yard in the next few weeks and a few things to spruce the house up as well.

We've been daydreaming about where to go on vacation. We love to travel and explore and see things we have never seen before, go places we have not been and meet people we've never known. The next vacation will be to some warm place......

We are really behind on picture taking. Fighting the flu for the whole family over the course of two weeks slowed everything down. Will catch up and post new photos this week.

We went to Winthrop today to visit Chad's Paw Pat. He is 88 now and all and all is doing well. You can certainly tell he is getting older and a little more tired but he is in fairly good health. He doesn't get around much anymore and lays around a lot. Glad we went to see him.

Visited Jessica's grandparents afterwards. They are still young and active in so many ways. They were so happy to see all of us. It was a good visit.

We are looking forward to camping this year. We skipped it last year because in the Spring Jessica was big and pregnant and in the summer we had a brand new boy. This year.....here we come!

E. is starting to do a lot of talking. He says "mom, dad, girls, dog, let's go,bye bye, ready" and more. His favorite thing to do is bark at the dog. We think it's adorable...if you can't tell!
